- You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
4. Payment and Pricing
- All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days
- Shipping time is 5-7 business days for US orders
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
6. Intellectual Property
By uploading images to our service, you grant ToonOnIt a license to use, modify, and reproduce your images solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order. You retain ownership of your original images.
7. Limitation of Liability
ToonOnIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
