3. Information Sharing

We share information with service providers to operate ToonOnIt and, when you choose ad measurement, with Meta as described below. Advertising disclosures may be considered “sharing” under applicable privacy laws.

• With our printing partner (Printful) to fulfill your orders
• With payment processors (Stripe) to process payments
• With Google Gemini to generate cartoon designs
• With Supabase for storage and Vercel for hosting and website analytics
• With Meta for ad measurement and delivery when you enable that choice
• When required by law or to protect our rights

7. Cookies and Tracking

Use the Privacy choices button on any page to choose Essential only, Analytics only, or Allow both. Optional product analytics and Meta tracking are off until you choose them. You can change your selection at any time; this affects future optional events from this browser and does not remove information already sent. Your upload and checkout work without optional tracking.

We store your choice in local storage. Optional product analytics use a random session identifier in session storage. Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and receive page URLs, browser information, IP address, and event details to measure and deliver ads. For consented purchases, our server can also send the purchase amount, currency, attribution identifiers and a hashed email address for matching. A hashed email is not anonymous information. Photos, generated designs, payment card details and support messages are not sent in our analytics or Meta events.

See Meta’s Privacy Policy for how Meta uses information. Operational order, payment, security and hosting records are used to provide the service independently of your optional tracking choices. Contact support@toononit.com to request access or deletion; some records may be retained for order fulfillment or legal obligations.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Printful: Order fulfillment
• Google Gemini: Image processing
• Supabase: Data storage
• Optional product analytics: With your analytics choice enabled, we store a random session identifier and events such as uploads, errors, preview views, size choices, checkout steps, and selected feedback reasons in Supabase. We do not include photos, image filenames, payment details, or message contents in these events. Operational order and payment events are recorded to run the service.
• Meta: With your ad measurement choice enabled, Meta Pixel and Conversions API share website and purchase events, purchase value, browser/click identifiers and a hashed email for purchase matching. Meta uses this information for ad measurement and delivery. Use Privacy choices to change your selection. Your uploaded photos and generated designs are not included in these events.
• Vercel Analytics: Aggregate website analytics, including page visits, referrers, device and browser information; separate from our optional product event tracking

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
