Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom cartoon t-shirt. Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong size or color (if our error)
  • Significant quality issues with the print
  • Orders that are lost in shipping
  • Orders that are significantly delayed (more than 14 business days)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom designs that you are not satisfied with (subjective quality)
  • Orders cancelled after production has begun
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
  • Digital products or services

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@toononit.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem
  • Your preferred resolution

Step 2: Review

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Step 3: Resolution

If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Minor quality issues
  • Delays that don't significantly impact delivery
  • Customer satisfaction issues

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size (if our error)
  • Defective products
  • Significant quality issues

Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping

For approved refunds due to our error:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • You are not responsible for return shipping costs

For refunds due to customer error or preference:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount

8. Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for requests submitted after this period.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • File a dispute with your payment provider
  • Contact consumer protection agencies
